Mod Squad Challenge with InkOn3

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my inspiration for the Mod Squad Challenge Blog.

I used Memento Tuxedo Black to stamp my images on Recollections 110 lb card stock. I then used my Scan n Cut to cut out the images. Using my Spectrum Noir markers I colored the images. The bike was done using True Black, IG5 and IG6 on the motorcyle along with BT7. For the Bunny I went wtih BG2 and TB4 for the highlights. I also used Black and Silver Wink of Stella to highlight spots such as the glasses, tires and areas of the motorcycle. I used Lawn Fawn dies for the grass and road. The background is done with Fireworks Summer Sky Shimmer Spray and Tattered Angels Lemon spray. I used double side tape for all layers except the motorcycle and bunny where I used foam tape for added dimension. The sentiment was stamped with Onyx Black Versafine.

My Lucky Charm with White Rose Crafts

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here with my project for White Rose Crafts using Lawn Fawn's Lucky Charm stamp set.

To make this project first I grabbed a shamrock die from my stash and cut it out of a 4 x 5.25" sheet of 110lb Recollections card stock. I also cut out of a sheet of fun foam that was cut 3.75 x 5". After both cuts were made, I adhered a sheet of acetate between the two.

Using my stamp positioning tool, I positioned the cut panel where it would lay on my card base and positioned the horse shoe and wishbone within the space. I removed the top panel, stamped with Versamark and then used Recollections Gold embossing powder and heat set.

I used Doodles Paper Playground Sparkle Blends Special Edition called TEST YOUR LUCK in the shaker component and put my layers together with double stick tape.

I then used a gray Zig Clean Color Real Brush Marker to color my Lucky Kitty and Pink for the accents on the kitty. I then went over him with a clear Wink of Stella shimmer pen. I used the same gray marker to ground the kitty.

Sentiment is stamped using Nuvo Grass Green hybrid ink pad.

I hope you have enjoyed this project today. Please see the great products available at the White Rose Crafts online store.

You are Amazing with Kennedy Grace Creations

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my project for Kennedy Grace Creations  using the Just A Rose stamp set, I stamped using Versamark ink and heat embossing using Gold Embossing Powder. I then sprinkled my paper with Green Color Bursts powder. I sprayed it with water and let it do its job. I love the way it turned out. And since the next holiday coming up is St. Patrick's Day here I thought it was fitting. I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed in gold, on black cardstock, and layered it on the little banner piece, I then fanned 3 banner pieces together and attached with a brad.
I hope you have enjoyed my project today. It sure was fun making it.

Cherrylana Design Team Call

Greetings freinds and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my entry post for the Cherrylana Designs team call. The stamps from this company are awesome and I would love to put them to work on my blog.
It is quite hard to choose images for this call, as I have so many from over the past three years that I love.
I am more of a clean and simple papercrafter, however to play on the wild side from time to time. I love playing with stamps, and learning new techniques all the time.
I am great with deadlines, and add all assignment dates to my planner and wall board as soon as announced. I strive to stay several weeks ahead of deadlines to avoid problems.

Thank you so much for checking out my blog, this is part of my application for the Cherrylana Design Team.

I was asked before why I enjoy being on design teams, and the best answer I can give is, I love using my art to inspire others to break out of their shell and create. So, through my blog, and youtube posts I hope to be able to do that with Cherrylana Designs.

Lighting Up My Life with White Rose Crafts

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here with my post this week for White Rose Crafts.
This week I used Jillibean Soup's "You Light Up My Life" clear stamp set. The background paper is a section from one of the pages in LemonCrafts "Heart Painted" 12x12 collection.
I used Red Poppy Nuvo Hybrid Ink to do my stamping with, and as an added surprise my team mates have not even seen, I used the Chibitronic's "Intro Kit" to amplify the heart, and meaning of the sentiment.

First I cut down my background paper for the size for my base layer. I then affixed the template from the kit with double stick tape so that the light would be where I wanted it.
I then used the copper tape along the pattern lines and added the light at the correct spot per the pattern. I then added the battery (this is not the one from the kit, that one is in a different project), however it is the same size. I do use foam dots as an enclosure for the battery so it does not shift.
I then fold over the end of the template to complete the circuit and my light works.
I then used foam all over my base so that it will be even height. Hindsight would have had me use fun foam double thickness.
I then affixed my top layer, and while I thought I had sized it perfect when everything was being put together, I was off just 1/4" from the center of the heart for the light.
But it is alright, my husband loved it anyway.
And a photo of the final finished project.

I hope you have enjoyed this project today. Please see the great products available at the White Rose Crafts online store.

Twist and Turn with Evaney's Stamp Designs

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my Friday post using Evaney's Stamp Designs Blooming Special Stamp set.
In order to make this project I placed all the image icons on my stamp platform and first stamped them in Memento Grape Jelly, I turned my cardstock one turn and stamped in Tangelo, turned again and stamped in Cottage Ivy and one more turn stamped with Danube Blue.

While it may look like a mess, I think of it as my own little flower garden where the flowers are not just all in a row, but grow intermingled with each other.
I then used fun foam as a backer and attached to a purple cardstock layer on an A2 card base. Clean, Simple and pops of color.

I hope you have enjoyed this project today. Please be sure to check out the other fun products at the Evaney's Stamp Designs website.

February 2018 Love From Lizi Projects

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with the projects I made using the February 2018 Love From Lizi card kit. Let me first say this kit is now out of stock, but it was jam packed as all of Lizi's kits are with crafty goodness. I could make at least 6 more cards using the leftovers from the kit, only adding paper for bases.
So without further waiting, here are my projects. And a video with some of the process, I had technical difficulties that have since been remedied, so not all footage was salvageable.
Video:

Projects :
This first one is a gift card holder, the journal card comes out and on the back is a pocket for a gift card.
This one happens to be one of my favorites from this set. It will be going to my middle daughter in June. Hope she doesn't see it on here first.
The dies to cut Sparkle and Shine came from my stash, however these were the first thing I thought to do when I saw the veneer heart.
I really need to use my embossing folders more often, I really like the clean simplicity of this card.
I have never used guilding flakes until now, they sure are an interesting product to use.
Another project I thought to do quite quickly. Although now I wish I had cut a couple gold tags to hang out of the bottom left.
The simplicity of a shaker card, I love the sequin mix from this kit.

I really love this card, the brightness, makes it cheerful. I used embossing powder on the hearts to give them the colors to match the background.
It's my party and I want CUPCAKES... is there anyone who doesn't like a cupcake?
And if you can be anything, Be Dazzling. This kit has been a great deal of fun to work with and hope you have enjoyed my projects.

Warm Winter Wishes with White Rose Crafts

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here with a little fun from White Rose Crafts and Lawn Fawn.

Using paper from Lawn Fawn's Perfectly Plaid Winter, and a ticket die set from my stash, I went to work, cut out 4 tags in alternating papers, with the first and last being the same (secret... shhh... the top plaid piece is actually cut from the inside of the bottom piece, no since in wasting it, since it isn't seen).
I stamped the Winter Fox and cut him out and colored with my Arteza markers. Fox and Sentiment are stamped with Nuvo Micro Gray Hybrid Ink.
To finish my project I added a few sequins from Doodles Playground to round out my card.

I hope you have enjoyed this project today. Please see the great products available at the White Rose Crafts online store.

Throwback to the 80's with Evaney's Stamp Designs

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here today with a throwback to the 80's. I loved the Atari Video Game Moon Patrol, and sitting looking at my stamps this week it hit me, I really could do this.

So grabbing the Galaxy Pals Stamp and Die Sets along with the Savanna Christmas Stamp and Die sets and went to work.
First I stamped out the images I wanted to use and cut them out with my die cutter. I then colored them using my Arteza Brush Markers.
I used a piece of Tim Holtz watercolor cardstock for the background and grabbed my distress oxides using Cracked Pistachio, Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber in the background covered with Black Soot, and then went in with Lucky Clover and Salty Ocean.
This gave me the fun spacey galaxy background I wanted, which I then spritzed with water.
I arranged my images the way I wanted them and placed on the background and stamped the little space dust in Silver and Gold. I then stamped the sentiment in White Unicorn, I did the sentiment double stamped to give it that spacey look that was so great in the game.

I hope you have enjoyed this project today. Please be sure to check out the other fun products at the Evaney's Stamp Designs website.
