All About The "BEE" with The Inky Stamper

Hey there friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my first official post with Inky Stamper.

When I first saw BEE, I knew she was going to be the first i used of the new product release.

To make this card I used a 4" x 5.25" white panel of white cardstock. I then cut another panel just 1/8" larger in each direction to leave a border, and then a 4.25" x 5.5" A2 size card base.

For the layering panel I used my Memento Tuxedo Black Dew Drop to ink  up the panel, I had been out of town for the weekend and took limited crafting supplies with me on the trip to play with, and only took white cardstock.

I used Memento Dandelion to and a blender brush to ink up the spotlight on my main card panel.

Using an acrylic block and the honeycomb stamp I used Nuvo Black Ink to stamp out 4 impressions. I had previously cut Bee and her Daisy before leaving home, so grabbed a few markers and a shimmer pen to color her up. I used Foam tape for dimension to pop her up off the main panel. And adhered the remaining panels to my cardbase using a tape runner.

I sure hope you have enjoyed this project as much as I enjoyed bringing it to you. Stay tuned as I have more projects using Inky Stamper Stamps coming soon.

LOVE... Happy Valentine's Day... A Makers Movement Card

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here and wow it's been a minute.

Here I am with a new project for The Maker's Movement, and for this project I went back to sets from 2020.

I opted for a mini slimline card measuring 6" x 3.25", I'm learning to like this as much as the original slimline when I want something quick and cute.

For this project I used the "Notes Of Love" stamp set for the sentiments and "Give Thanks" stamp set for the hearts. I stamped the hearts using VersaFine Clair in Nocturne, colored each of the hearts with Karin Waterbrush markers, using the colors Fire Red, Rose Pink and Cerise. Once the hearts were dry and cut out I added Wink of Stella Clear to add sparkle and shine.

The "Love" sentiment is stamped using Delicata Ruby Red, and Happy Valentine's Day is stamped using VersaFine Clair Nocturne.

I then sprayed some Angel Pink "FireWorks" spray on and acrylic block and used a brush to add splatters to my background. I affixed the Hearts using Foam Adhesive and with that this one layer Valentine was complete.
