Spooky Night, Candy and Fright

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here with my first September post for The Makers Movement using The Creepy Treats Stamp Set

I had so much fun with this project,

  • First I stamped out the candy background image twice, in order to have my full panel covered.
  • From there I colored my panel using alcohol markers.
  • I cut the panel down to 3.75" x 5" and layered it on a black panel measuring 4" x 5.25".
  • These panels are then adhered to a standard A2 size card base 4.25" x 5.5" side folding.
  • I stamped out the sentiment using VersaFine Clair in Nocturne and cut this panel down to 2.25" x 2/5", and layered on a black panel that is cut 2.5" x 2.75".
  • These are adhered using double side foam tape. I adhered 3 sprinkles from the Sweet Tooth Shaker Pack.

With that this card was complete. I hope you have enjoyed this creation as much as I had fun making it.

Beach Vibes with The Makers Movement

Hi there friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here again with this fun project using the Beach Vibes Stamp set from The Makers Movement

I had so much fun making this beach filled fun card using The Makers Movement Beach Vibes Stamp Set

To make this card I used my stamp platform and wreath builder stencil.
  1. I stamped out 4 sets of the flip flops and cut them out with the coordinating die set, along with the pail/shovel and beach ball.
  2. I then put the flip flop stamp on the stamp platform and using the stencil for positioning I stamped out the 8 sets of flip flops to make up the wreath.
  3. Using Ohuhu Alcohol Markers I colored the flip flops in rainbow pattern, along with the beach ball and bucket of sand and shovel.
  4. Using foam tape I popped up the 4 flip flops I cut separately and put them on the coordinating colors to add some dimension.
  5. My card base is 4.25"x 5.5" top folding. The I cut a panel of pattern paper 4"x 5.25" and layered it on a black layer of cardstock and adhered these straight to the card base.
  6. The stamped panel is 3.75"x3.75" layered on a black panel slightly larger and adhered with foam tape.
  7. The Beach Vibes sentiment and all flip flops are stamped using VersaFine Clair in Nocturne ink.
I hope you have enjoyed this fun card as much as I enjoyed making it.

Joy Clair Designs New Release Blog Hop

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with the new release Blog Hop for Joy Clair Designs. Today I am featuring the new digital stamp set Pencil Me.

I had so much fun with this set, and here is how I made it.
  1. Using Photoshop I separated the images and sentiments into their own files.
  2. I then opened a new canvas and added the pencil along with sentiments in the arrangement I wanted.
  3. The page was printed using my Epson Color Printer on Hammer-mill 80 lb Premium Color Copy Cover
  4. I trimmed the panel down to a more manageable size, and used my Embossed Edge Slimline Die to cut that panel with my Vagabond 2.
  5. Using Ohuhu Alcohol Markers I colored in the pencils in Rainbow order.
  6. I layered up the panels on black Recollections 65 lb cardstock and then a Rainbow Stripe Paper Studio Cardstock, and all was adhered to a 6.5" x 8" panel scored at 3.25" to make the card base cut from Recollections 110 lb cardstock and all adhered using a tape runner.

Hello Spring, So glad you have joined us

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here with 2 cards I made using the Echo Park "Spring Showers" stamp set and some items from my stash.

For this first card I stamped out my images, cut them and colored using Alcohol Markers. I decided then to use the Lawn Fawn Shadowbox Die set and create a fun card. I used GinaK Amalgam Ink to stamp my images as I knew I would be using the alcohol markers, and ScraPerfect "Best Glue Ever" to adhere my images within the card.
This card was so easy to making using the GinaK Designs Wreath Builder. I used the small images from the Spring Showers stamp set and repeatedly stamped using the wreath builder and my Tim Holtz stamp platform. I colored the images using my alcohol markers, cut 2 circles using  a set of dies from my stash and stamped the Hello Spring sentiment using GinaK Amalgam ink. I used foam to pop up the sentiment panel, ScraPerfect glue to adhere my layers together and with that my second project was complete.
