Saturday Fun in my Craftroom with Brutus Monroe Stamps

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. Today was a fun and crafty day. Of course it is always a good day when I get crafty.
Today I pulled out my Brutus Monroe Bag and had some fun creating the three cards in this post for their current design team call. I have other projects I could have  used, but wanted to use cards that were mine, not from one of the many classes I have completed with them.

Using Christopher's Shoes Clear Stamp Set, along with dies from my stash.
I used the copic colors BG11 and BG13 for the builk of the shoes, along with RV14 for the laces. C0 was used for shadowing on the rubber toe and soles. I did stamp using Mement o Tuxedo Black.
The Ornament was cuting used a die set from GinaK Designs. The filler is MicroBeads from a Brutus Monroe Staycation Class. The sentiment was stamped using VersaFine Clair in Nocturne and embossed using Clear embossing powder.

This card was SO FUN. I stamped out Sleepy Dino in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored using Copic Markers... the Dino Body was colored using v12, V15 and V17. Scales using G2 and G3 Pillow using Y15 & Y17.
To do the background I used a stencil from my stash and decofoil Transfer Gel DUO, applying through the stencil. Once dry I ran it through my Gemini Jr using Lime Deco Foil. I love applying foil in his manner and it always amazes me how it works.
I used a blender brush that had some blue ink on it already and added that to the panel that little Dino is sleeping on. I then stamped the sentiment using VersaFina Clair in Nocturne, and stamped the stars using Delicate Gold. All panels were cut using GinaK Designs Master Layout 1. A white gell pen was used to highlight various parts of the dino. Also a black glaze pen for the nasal spots and nails.

My last card here today was this fun little piggy. She is being mailed off to my granddaughter who loves Peppa Pig and after spending 2 weeks with her and her brother this summer, I really do miss her pig time.
The piggy I colored using Copics RV10, RV13, RV14, RV21 and for the eyes I used BG05. I did use a whilte Gel Pen to high light the snout and cheeks.
Background paper is from an older paper pad in my stash.

i hope you have enjoyed this post, longer than usual but again, I had a lot of fun crafting today. Products used are listed here, some may be affiliate links, where if used may provide a small fee to myself, at no charge to you.

Falling for the Holidays 2022 Linky Party

Hey there friends and fellow crafters. Welcome to the Falling for the Holidays 2022 Linky Party put on by the Build Your Stash Holiday Cards Design Team and many sponsors.

Today, I am bringing you the first card I made for the linky party using products by sponsor Gina K Designs. I used Gina K Onyx Black ink to stamp the images from the A Very Silly Christmas Set, this is currently only available in the Holiday Cheer Kit. The top panel of pattern paper is from Autumn Splendor and the Green panel along with the striped is from Watercolor Floral. I used Dies from Master Layouts 1 and 2 for my panels. The white Cardbase is Gina's White Heavyweight cardstock, and the black is Onyx Black layering weight. The white stripe going across the panel is the backside of one of the pattern papers, unfortunately I can not remember which. I used Adhesive Dot Runner to adhere my panels together. I use my WRMK paper trimmer for my cuts.
Images were colored using Copics. And sentiment was stamped using Gina's Amalgam Black.
I sure hope you have enjoyed this project today.

Happy Fall Y'all 2022 Kat Scrappiness Release!!!

Happy Fall Y'all!!!  I am so happy to be sharing 4 projects I made using the NEW Kat Scrappiness Halloween/Thanksgiving 2022 Release. These stamps, and dies along with the paper pad was so fun to play with and get my crafty on... so lets go take a look what i made!!!

First up, using the Nesting Stitched Dome Dies, I made a frame to showcase my little turkey from the Gobble Gobble Stamp Set. He does not want to be chosen as the main course for dinner this year, so he is saying "don't lick me!" one of clever stamps included in this 4" x 6" stamp set. The background paper is from the Gobble Gobble 6" x 6" paper pad, and the bottom strip is from the 6" x 6" Lumber Yard paper pad, a smaller remake of the original slimline size that was released in 2021.

Moving into Haloween, I again used the Nesting Stitched Dome Dies, but this time chose to make a shaker card "can't resist". I used a piece of paper from the "Creepy and Kooky" 6" x 6" paper pad released last month as my background for the shaker. A cute little Boo-gy Ghost is peeking over the top from behind, and I used the new Uppercase Stitched Alphabet Dies to spell out trick or Treat. I cut 2 layers so that I would have a black shadow peeking out on the left side of my letters. This was so fun to put together. My shaker bits are Candy Corns, Halloween Dots and Halloween Confetti.

For this Thanksgiving Card I used Alcohol inks and made some panels of photo paper. I then used the NEW Autumn Foliage Dies to make this fun card. We don't get the change of colors so much here in FL, so I have to make my own. The background panel was but with the NEW Nesting Deco Frame dies, and the inside panel cut from the same die using the 6" x 6" Lumberyard Paper Pad. The Happy Thanksgiving Die w/Shadow was cut out vellum and Kraft Shimmer Papper. and the "I am Gratefull For You" sentiment is from the NEW Simple Sentiments Stamp/Die set.

This is a fun one, and I had my friend Courtney in mind when I made it. I used Silver Shimmer paper when cutting the NEW Spiderweb Background Die, and the New "Spooky Boo w/shadow". Hello friend is from the Simple Sentiments Stamp/Die set and the spiders are from the Creepy Crawly Die Set. A couple google dyes and this project was complete.

Howdy friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here today with my cards ,ade using images and papers from Syncopation Design. Link to the Etsy Store... etsy.com/SyncopationDesign/listing/1295021135/bundle-o-spooky-season-digital

Of course i had to make a shaker first, I don't think I have missed a shaker on any releaes so far. This card just makes me happy and it is currently on its way to its new owner. I at least had to wait until it was officially Fall to send it.

This second card, well for the last 6 months or so, I have found if I do not have my iced coffee first thing in the morning, I can not function, and Chase (my pup) will not leave my side, and within a couple hours a headache insues... So yes, Nightmare before Coffee rings true.

Take a visit over to the Syncopation Designs Etsy shop, and get your Halloween Digitals today.

Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog September-October

Howdy friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my September inspiration post for the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog.
To make this hard I used a Hero Arts City Die, this die is awesome as it cuts the house out, has a shadow for the back as well. This way I was able to have the windows highlighted in yellow.
The Santa flying across the sky is a Sunny Studio's stamp and the sentiment is from Kat Scrappiness "Merry Critters".

Hope you enjoyed my project and can't wait to see what you have made.

Hey there friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here and playing along with the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog July- August Challenge.

I have had this guy for at least 2 years, colored sitting in my box just waiting to be used. I used Ohuhu Alcohol Markers to color him and the enamel dots are from Kat Scrappiness.
