Its Embellishment Week at White Rose Crafts!!!

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. This week is Embellishment week at White Rose Crafts, so I wanted to share this clean and simple easy to make card with you.

Using a red card base and a black panel cut 4" x 5.25" I used a set of Recollections jewels that have since sold out *sorry y'all. I used Autumn Red Nuvo drops and the word Smile from the Jillibean sticker set that was in the October Limited Edition card kit to finish this off.

Joy To The World- SFL October 2018 Flavor of the Month Blog Hop

Joy to the World! That song so reminds me of Christmas because as a little girl I was full of joy and glee waiting for Christmas to arrive. Of course though, what child isn’t? Right? October 2018 FOTM Sneak Peek

Give Thanks with Pink & Main

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my monthly post for the Mod Squad Challenge Blog.

Today I used a stamp set from Pink & Main called Fall Bouquet. My pattern paper is from the Pink & Main 6"x6" paper pad Take Flight 2. I stamped the image using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored using Memento Markers. The sentiment is stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black as well.

Get Scripty with Kelly Creates and White Rose Crafts

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my weekly White Rose Crafts design team project.
Today I used two of the Kelly Creates Sentiment Stamp Sets and 2 6"x6" paper pads for my projects. Let me tell you, these stamp sets sure are an awesome value for your money. Not only for the number of stamps you get, but the fact that you can use them in conjunction with the tracing paper pad to learn Brush Writing.

 For my first project I have an A2 kraft colored card base, my white layer, and then from the Ultimate Crafts L'aquarelle Designs 6"x6" paper pad. The dragonfly and flower panel is from the opposite side of the watercolor panel. I used the Happy and Birthday words from the Kelly Creates Congratulations set for my sentiment. I stamped using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

For my second project I used Red and Blue cardstock from my stash, the panel with the crayons as well as the notebook panel are from the DoodleBug 6"x6" Back to School paper pad, I stamped the sentiments from the Kelly Creates Quotes 3 Stamp set using Versafine Onyx Black ink.

Christmas is Coming and White Rose Crafts is Celebrating

Greetings friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here with my weekly post for White Rose Crafts. It is Christmas Week and I have had fun with this.
This first project was probably the easiest I have ever made in my years on design teams.
Using 2 of the pages from an Authentique 6x6 paper pad "Christmastime". The first panel I cut to 4"x5.25" The next I cut to 3.75"x 5". These were layered and added to a standard A2 top folding card base.  I used a Sparkle Blend set from last year called Christmas Freebie, and while it is no longer available, Boughs of Holly is very similar and would be a suitable replacement.

 For this second card I went back to Lawn Fawn. This is the Winter Penguin stamp set. I stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and Lady Bug Red. I used Memento Markers in Lady Bug Red, Tangelo, Tuxedo Black and Lulu Lavendar to color my image. My first panel of red with white snowflakes is cut 4"x 5.25" from Authentique "Christmastime"  6"x6" paper pad. The plaid panel is cut 3.75"x 5" and is from American Crafts "Very Merry" 6"x6" paper pad.This is on a standard A2 side folding card base.

Wagon of Wishes, Newtons Nook and Scrapping For Less.

Greetings friends and fellow crafters. LeeAnn here with my focus post for Scrapping For Less using Newton's Nook "Wagon of Wishes".

This little kitty is so cute and loves having fun.

 I stamped out the images using my Tim Holtz Stamp Platform with  Memento Tuxedo Black ink and cut them with my Brother Scan n Cut. I stamped the leaves along the bottom of a 4" x 5.25" panel of White 110 lb card stock.

 Using Chameleon markers I colored my leaves along the bottom of the panel as well as Newton, the pumpkins and the wagon.

The background panel was blended using Aged Mahogany, Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxides. I then found a little panel in my stash that the "Happy Harvest" sentiment fit perfectly, stamped it with the Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then added some Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade. Added foam squares to the sentiment, wagon and newton to add some dimension to the panel. Added the panel to a 4.25" x 5.5" top folding card base.
